The December 11th release delivers a smarter, more connected way to quote services work with the launch of BigTime Quotes. Built directly into BigTime Delivery, this new capability empowers firms to scope, price, and launch projects within a single, streamlined workflow - eliminating rework, manual errors and disconnected handoffs between Sales and Delivery teams. We're also highlighting two additional improvements: support for expense custom fields in the BigTime mobile app, and a reminder about the Client List experience, now available to help teams manage client records with greater ease and visibility.

Streamlined Quote Builder: Use the guided Quote Builder Wizard to pull your firm's data, templates, and language, so every proposal is fast, consistent, and on-brand,
Automated Pricing Logic: Rate cards and billing methods are automatically applied based on client and project details.

Mobile | Expense Custom Fields
Earlier this year, we introduced support for custom fields in time entry on Mobile. Now, you can apply that same flexibility to expense entry as well. This enhancement gives your team even more control and consistency across time and expense tracking, no matter where or how they work.
What's New:
Full Custom Field Support: All active custom expense fields configured in the web app will be viewable and editable on mobile.
Consistent Field Types: Mobile displays match field types exactly as set in the web app, including dropdowns, text inputs, checkboxes, and date pickers.
Schema-Based Layout: Custom fields will appear in the order and layout set in web configuration, providing a seamless and familiar experience across devices.
This update empowers customers to complete expense entries accurately from any device. BigTime Mobile is available on iOS and Android at no additional cost across all BigTime Delivery subscription tiers: Essentials, Advanced, and Premier.

Client List (Released November 2025)
The Client List provides a single, streamlined view for managing your entire client database, before, during and after project work begins. Whether you're preparing a quote or managing active engagements, this feature makes it easier to stay organized and move quickly.
What's New:
Create and update client records before a project is created.
Access contact details, billing setup, addresses, and notes all in one place.
Quickly search and review client information from a centralized list.
Improve quoting efficiency by linking client records directly into the quote flow (available for BigTime Quotes customers)
This feature is automatically activated for System Admins and is available at no additional cost on all subscription tiers: Essentials, Advanced, and Premier.
