BigTime Mobile - SSO & MFA

• Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication are now available on the BigTime Mobile app

• If the System Administrator enabled MFA in Active Features, it will apply to any login method (browser or mobile)

• Available for iOS & Android

Invoicing & Payments

IMPROVED: Payment Total column added to Payments report.
FIXED: Invoice PDF XML correctly subtotals in an expense summary report.
FIXED: Payments report correctly shows Balance Due after partial payments.
FIXED: The BigTime Wallet ‘Deposits’ report displays individual deposits separately.


Reporting & Analytics

FIXED: Reports that include Checklist Items and Overdue Checklist Items can now be created.
FIXED: ‘Cost, Input (M1)’ report column matches what is on the project.
FIXED: Live filters display information exclusively based on the selected options.
FIXED: Repaired isolated issue with Cost, Input report column utilizing bill rate instead of cost rate.
FIXED: Custom Reports retain payment data after Payments 2.0 is enabled. 
FIXED: Repaired global issue preventing reports from generating in BigTime.
FIXED: Allocation reports can successfully include Custom Staffer field columns.
FIXED: Repaired global issue to ensure Popular Reports tiles display correctly in the Report Center.


Projects & Tasks

IMPROVED: Filter UI now has modern buttons and improved spacing.
FIXED: Edit and save all notifications. 
FIXED: The Allocations baseline remains after removing allocated hours from the editor.
FIXED: Tasks with no selected Task Type will default to the first one on the list.


BigTime Foresight

IMPROVED: Added new attributes to Create Detailed Report feature within Utilization report.
IMPROVED: Staff avatars are now added from the Profile tab.


Integrations

IMPROVED: API documentation updated to reflect new transactional format of Payments report.
FIXED: Repaired isolated issue where project failed to sync from BigTime to Sage Intacct.
FIXED: Repaired isolated issue with invoice payment not linking to client in QuickBooks Desktop.
FIXED: Repaired isolated issue where the nightly data warehouse export would fail.
FIXED: Removed the row count preview in BuildAI-generated reports. 
FIXED: Repaired isolated issue where Salesforce would not auto sync.


BigTime AI

IMPROVED: Text box on BigTime AI Assistant has been enlarged.


Time & Expenses

IMPROVED: Search by client in new Timer experience.
IMPROVED: UI enhancements for Timesheet footers. 
FIXED: Rejection notes are retained in approvals after resubmitting time. 
FIXED: Timers adhere to the current timezone and reflect the accurate day. 
FIXED: Timesheet Lock message shows in the footer only when the lock is active.


Mobile

IMPROVED: [Android] Expenses can require tasks only if tasks are available.
FIXED: [Android] Review popup triggers after a shorter duration and successful Expense save. 
FIXED: [Android] Project address wraps to the next line in Time Entry view.
FIXED: Repaired isolated issue with web users unable to log into mobile app
