Release Update: August 13, 2025
The August 13th release delivers a more unified BigTime experience with the official launch of BigTime Data Hub, your single source for BI-ready, cross-product insights. Mobile users now benefit from time entry custom fields, bringing greater consistency to time tracking across devices. You'll also see refreshed product names throughout the platform, designed to deliver a more connected and seamless experience across the platform.
What's New -
Naming Refresh
As BigTime evolves into a leading AI-powered, multi-product platform, we’re updating our product names to reflect a more unified experience. These new names are designed to clearly show how all modules of the BigTime’s professional services platform complement one another and fit seamlessly into your existing workflows.
With this release, you’ll notice refreshed logos, updated integration tile icons, and revised copy throughout the platform. Rest assured, these are visual updates only, your current experience and service remain completely unchanged.
Here’s a look at the updated product names you’ll start seeing in BigTime:
BigTime Delivery (formerly IQ) - is your command center for time tracking, project management, budgeting, and task execution, all designed to keep teams aligned and margins healthy.
BigTime Resource Management (formerly Foresight) - gives services teams predictive resource planning, optimized staffing, and financial insights that help you stay ahead.
BigTime Data Hub - pulls together all your operational data—projects, people, time, and performance—so you can find the answers and insights you need and make smarter, faster decisions.
BigTime Quotes (“coming soon”) - helps your team manage scoping, quotes, and configuration with speed and precision, empowering you to win business faster and speed up cash flow.
This update delivers a clearer, more connected experience across our platform.

Data Hub
All your data, unified and BI-ready with BigTime Data Hub
BigTime Data Hub is now available. This centralized, human-readable stream of all of your BigTime Delivery, Resource Management, (and coming soon) Quotes data was built to power business intelligence dashboards and advanced analytics.
Power your BI dashboards: Connect to Power BI, Tableau, and more to explore your BigTime data your way.
Works with your other tools: Easily connect BigTime data to the systems you already use, like Salesforce or QuickBooks, to build dashboards that reflect your entire business.
More than an API: Query BigTime data in full, without object or pagination restriction. Just a clean, usable dataset built for analysis.
Be ready for what’s next: Data Hub is the foundation for our upcoming AI-powered Analytics Agent, which will answer questions and generate visualizations using your data.

Mobile | Time Custom Fields
Now Available!
BigTime Mobile now supports custom fields for time entry, bringing even more consistency, flexibility, and control to your time tracking process—no matter where your team is working.
With this enhancement, mobile users can view and complete the same custom fields configured in your web platform, helping ensure accurate, project-specific data collection directly from their phones.
What’s New:
Full Custom Field Support: All active custom fields configured in the web app are now accessible and editable in the mobile time entry form.
Consistent Field Types: Mobile displays match field types exactly as set in the web app, including dropdowns, text inputs, checkboxes, and date pickers.
Schema-Based Display: Fields appear in the order and layout defined by your custom schema for a seamless experience across devices.
This update helps ensure accurate data collection from any device, keeping time tracking compliant and streamlined. Coming soon, expense custom fields will also be available in the mobile app.

In Case You Missed It
XLSX - Now Available!
You can now export reports in XLSX format directly from BigTime report view, making it easier to manage larger and more detailed data sets in a single download—without row limits or splitting files.
Expanded export limits: Export more rows in one go, no splitting required.
Improved formatting: Take advantage of modern XLSX features for improved readability and usability.
Available for all BigTime Delivery reports: Supported across all report types in the BigTime Report Center.
XLS still available: Continue using XLS format, but both options are available.
This update provides more flexibility for exporting reports, whether you’re conducting audits, building long-range summaries, or reviewing large data sets.

Email Log Export
Keeping track of your BigTime email history just got a whole lot easier!
With our new Email Log Export feature, you can now download your complete email log, perfect for audits, compliance reviews, or internal reporting. Simply click the new export button directly in the upper right corner of your Email Log.
Export email logs in multiple formats (PDF, XLS, DOC) for easy sharing and analysis.
Includes all key fields: Recipient, Address, Subject, Type, Sent Date, and Status.
Simplifies audits, reconciliations, and historical reviews.
This update makes it simple to access and utilize email data across your organization’s reporting, compliance, and client management workflows.

Join Navigation Early Access 
By joining Early Access, you’ll get a first look at BigTime’s redesigned navigation before it becomes available to all customers later this year. We’re inviting admins and staff to explore the new experience and share feedback that will help shape the final release. Once enrolled, you’ll receive a welcome email with a guided tour and simple steps for submitting your feedback and getting started.
Important: The New Navigation is only compatible with the the New Timers Experience. If you sign up for Early Access, please save your open time entries to your timesheet to preserve data.
What's Fixed -
IMPROVED: We’ve enhanced the performance of dropdown menus on pages like the Task Editor. Instead of loading every option upfront, which could cause latency when many rows or staffers are present, dropdown choices now load on demand. This change improves overall system responsiveness.
