Data Hub

BigTime Data Hub will transform how you access and leverage your BigTime data, all in real-time. Traditional platforms often create fragmented data silos, with disconnected tools for project management, financial tracking, and resource planning, making it difficult to see a unified view of operations or gain meaningful insights. BigTime Data Hub breaks down these barriers, delivering a real-time, connected, and insight-driven data experience that sets the foundation for BigTime AI innovations in 2025.

What’s Coming: 

• Expansive Data Access: Early Access will enable interaction with all BigTime product data sets, including BigTime and BigTime Foresight.

• Simplified Data Discovery: Improved data descriptions in the transformation layer will make it easier to find and use the data you need.

• Timely Updates: Data will be refreshed on an hourly basis for current insights.

• Multi-Account Support: Organizations with multiple BigTime accounts can easily connect BI tools to access all data in one place.

What’s Next:

BigTime Data Hub will take a major leap forward with the addition of our AI Copilot for AI-driven decision making. The AI Copilot can visualize data, generate insights, and recommend actions for your organization. Imagine gaining detailed insights effortlessly by simply having a conversation with the AI Copilot.

Invoicing & Payments

IMPROVED: Billing History view consolidation and optimization at Project level.
IMPROVED: Payments posted from BigTime import QuickBooks payment dates.
FIXED: Input ‘Hours/Qty’ field subtotals correctly in invoice PDFs.
FIXED: Resolved an isolated issue where BT Wallet user was receiving false notifications.
FIXED: Credit Card and ACH Wallet payments are applied to correct invoices with no errors.
FIXED: Default Tax Rates are automatically applied to all line items on applicable invoices


Reporting & Analytics

FIXED: In ‘By Task’ budgeting, the Project Task Budget column reflects the task-level ‘Retainer’.
FIXED: The Project List and Financials views display the same Input vs. Budget amounts.
FIXED: Quantity (Raw Billable) report column correctly includes ‘No Charge’ entries.

FIXED: Allocated Fees will apply Project Custom Rates, if applicable.


BigTime Foresight

IMPROVED: Email fields added to Exports in Scheduled vs. Actual and Availability Reports.
FIXED: Utilization Count on Team Calendar reflected based on date range.
FIXED: "--" displaying instead of hours value in week view of Demand Calendar.


Integrations

FIXED: Charge amounts for non-billable time entries displayed in Financials and Time tabs.
FIXED: Custom fields are editable in the Reject Time screen.
