This release introduces the Payment Reports view, which provides complete visibility into invoice payments, along with new Project Cost Centers in Foresight to support multi-department financial planning. Early access to BigTime Copilot, a first look at Client List, a new navigation experience for mobile and desktop round out a release focused on clarity, efficiency, and smarter planning.

Payment Reports
Now Available!
Managing receivables just got easier. BigTime’s new Payment Reports view gives AR teams and finance staff a single source of truth for all invoice payments, whether they come through BigTime Wallet, QuickBooks, Sage or are entered manually. It streamlines reconciliation, simplifies reporting, and helps teams better understand client payment behavior.
What’s Included:
All-in-One Payment Visibility: See payments received via BigTime Wallet, QuickBooks, Sage, or manual entry in one centralized report.
Payment Insights: Easily assess payment behavior—whether clients paid in full, used AutoPay, or left a balance due at the time of payment.
Available for all Customers: Works for every customer using invoicing, not just those using BigTime Wallet.
Filter & Explore: Filter by payment status, link directly to invoices, and review fields like remaining balance and amount due at the time of payment.
Streamlined Reconciliation: Replaces the need to pull data from multiple locations by combining Report Center insights and Project > Billing > Payment History into a single view.
This marks a significant enhancement for teams managing receivables, offering faster access to complete payment data and laying the groundwork for future insights capabilities.

Filter Projects by Cost Centers in BigTime Foresight
You can now filter Projects by Cost Centers in BigTime Foresight, making it easier to manage calendars and generate project reports more efficiently! This gives your team deeper insight into how labor is distributed across departments, especially in cases of borrowed labor.
What's included:
Filtering by Project Cost Centers in Project Finances and Project Performance Reports
Cost Centers have been added as new columns in the XLS and CSV exports
Add Cost Centers as display columns in the Project List view for quick visibility
Demand Board & Demand Report
We’re excited to introduce two powerful features to help you make informed decisions and optimize assignments. These enhancements are designed for Project Managers, Resource Managers, and Executive Leadership for a detailed breakdown of your organization’s demand.
Demand Board - Now Available!
A centralized view of demand status and availability across projects. You’ll be able to quickly see:
Which demands are open or unfulfilled
Who is currently assigned to each demand?
Who can be assigned to each demand?
How close your team is to meeting each project’s demand needs?

We’re excited to introduce Client List, a new central hub for managing client-specific information. Designed to streamline your workflows and create a more unified experience, especially in preparation for our upcoming launch of BigTime Quotes! In this release, the Client List will be made available exclusively to a small group of customers participating in our BigTime Quotes Beta Program. We’re gathering feedback and refining enhancements before rolling it out to all customers later this year.

The Legacy Report Center Will Be Retired
Make the Switch Now!
If you’re still using the legacy Report Center, now is the time to switch! The New Report Center supports all the features you rely on, plus:
Improved control over reports and folders
Embedded search for faster access to all of your reports
Enhanced organization & management tools
We strongly encourage you to activate and start using the New Report Center in the coming weeks. The legacy Report Center will be phased out later this year, so getting familiar with the new experience now will ensure a smooth transition for your team.
Admins can activate the new experience by navigating to:
My Company → My Company → Active Features → Report Center (ON).
